At Clumsy Goat Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened coffee or equipment in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
