How fresh is Clumsy Goat coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible flavor profile.
What is the best way to store my coffee beans?
To maintain peak freshness, store your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer as moisture can degrade the oils and flavor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our premium coffee across the UK and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
